While Doctor Who wank is a time-honoured tradition that goes back to before I was alive, and while of course I have my issues with the current handing of the show (and previous handling of the show...and the one before that), I hear ya, OP. It's never going to be perfect but also the whoosh of the TARDIS will never not bring me joy. Sometimes complaining about it to likeminded people is fun, but also sometimes you just want to chill and watch it.
