I never shipped them, either, and annoyingly they're often a background pairing in Gojyo/Hakkai fic. Though I do like a bit of Sanzo/Gojyo or Sanzo/Gojyo/Hakkai, when the fic really takes the time to show the process of Sanzo getting comfortable with touch and with the idea of having sex. (That said, however, Gojyo/Hakkai is my forever fave Saiyuki ship.)
