Not only is it just not true and you're apparently watching a lot of crappy series/etc... I guess you've never met Holland and Talho.
They've been together a long time. They're at each other's throats due to stress, jealousy, and literally the weight of the world between them.
But deep down, they love each other so much it hurts, even though they're jaded and immature and have explosive tempers.
If the sexbits squick you, that's one thing. But don't tell me that their relationship and their story is the same as your run-of-the-mill shoujo of the day drivel.
