Oh no! I hate having to come back to work after a long break. Do you have to deal with a ton of emails?

Luckily that's one thing she's good at handling, and the first day I was out I set my email up to forward them to her so I shouldn't have much to deal with on that front.

The main thing is there are procedures for how certain things are done with client accounts in our computer system. It's not difficult at all, there are boxes to check and dropdown menu options to choose depending on the status of different things, but she's decided that's "too complicated" and will just not select anything but then go in and write a paragraph explaining what the situation is. And it's like, clicking that box means the exact thing you're writing out in the comments section. Why writing a long paragraph is easier in her mind than just clicking a box I will never know. If nothing is selected things won't be categorized correctly for when reports need to be generated (and her notes won't help).

Also I've told her at least a dozen times how to input payments and where to put invoices/receipts. She insists on putting them in little separate piles for some reason, so I always have to go back and make sure everything was entered into the computer correctly, then sort the receipts by date and put them in the right place.

Not a huge deal, but it is annoying and will probably take all of Monday morning to get everything to the way it should be.
