Tales of Vesperia comes to mind. They have the simplified versions of the words in brackets over the kanji. It took a long time for Konami to translate the game into english for PS3 so theres a whole website that has every line/item/everything translated for reference. I own the Japanese version on PS3 so I don't think it's localized by console, and the PS4 ten year anniversary edition (which is how long the took to release it...) in english. You can still chose to play it Japanese (both voice & text I believe) like most JRPG's.
