I remember the first time I tried to read it and I was like 'This looks nothing like the fanart, is this even the right webcomic?' but like any comic series, you adapt and push through the 1st Act of the comic. lol!

I didn't stop reading Matt Fractions run of Hawkeye when the artist they used for one issue was god-awful. I just pushed through.

Once the story gets going, you don't even spend that long looking at the panels since the text is underneath in a different box.
And most of the times the artwork is just to break up some of the longer pesterlogs.

The art style goes through lots of different styles and it's a bit unfair to use the one most used in the 1st act as a representation of the entire series.
