I hate to say it, but you really should see the doctor if you can. I know paying the appointment fee sucks, and there's never any guarantee they'll be able to help you. But your situation doesn't sound right and I don't think any of us here are qualified to give you medical advice.

Any chance your clinic has a nurse hotline you can call for free, just to start off?

Not that I know of, but there is a way to message my doctor online, so I could try that.

Try that. I've called them a couple times, they were very helpful, and it didn't matter that i didn't live in the state. I think it asked and I said no, I don't really remember. Very helpful, totally free.

Thanks for your advice. I ended up messaging my doctor online and they told me to come in. Glad I did. Turns out that my THC (thyroid hormone) is super high and that is messing with my estrogen levels. So I've been put on a higher dose of my thyroid med and that should hopefully sort things out soon.
