If the tell-all helps take down this cult or convinces even one family not to join, I'm all for it.

Not at the expense of the well-being of those kids.

Having their abuse recognized and denounced sounds a lot less detrimental to their well-being than spending ten seasons having their abuse filmed and broadcast and having their abusers glorified.

It's up to them. If they decide they've been though enough, I can't blame them. But if they decide to go public, they could do a lot of good.

Oh it is totally up to them. Their choice. I just don't think we should be forcing them, and I don't think we should be getting entertainment value out of their misery. The only value here is in seeing this abuse exposed. This shouldn't be entertainment.

Unfortunately, the Quiverfull movement is widespread and insideous.

I grew up around people with that kind of mentality. So many of the families of the kids at the religious school I went to had that kind of perspective. The fact that my parents weren't and taught me to think for myself (my parents had their own problems and were fairly conservative, just not that bad) meant I butted heads with these people all the time. They were horrified that I didn't want to just settle down and marry and make babies.
