I think it's a bit different for me, because I'm genuinely a bit "nope, no thanks" on parent fic. Which makes the whole pregnancy kink thing...trickier? I tend to headcanon that the knocked up character doesn't want kids either and in the end the baby/babies get adopted by someone trustworthy and loving, or something.

There definitely is some level of "Anyone But Me" component, though, since I mainly kink on mpreg. I can kink on fpreg sometimes, but it's a lot more likely to trip over into intense squick than mpreg is.
