On a related note, I've been watching Ragnarok, which is a Norwegian version of teenage drama Norse mythology and the climax to the season happens in Old Norse. English dub abandons it there. English subtitles abandon it there if you're watching in original Norwegian. Norwegian subtitles translate it but that's not a lot of use to most English speaking viewers.
