IDK, I don't see anything weird about that? Bunny girls and cat girls are sort of juuuuuust straddling the furry line to the point where people who don't consider themselves furries will openly admit to finding them hot. If you want to get attention with your art, that's how you do it, because you lure in both the furries and the "well it's not REALLY furry" people.
