I like kids personally (but don't push them on other people!) but I'm afraid to watch the show because stories where babies die sometimes really tear me up and I know that must happen sometimes. But I love shows about women, with or without kids in them, so I should probably give it a try eventually.

Episodes where babies die are very few, that I can think of. But they are sad, like I said I don't care for babies and they even get ME all sadfaced.

There are far more episodes with the death of adults than of babies, fyi.
