'Best friends' who know A likes B *a lot*, and that B like A *a lot*, but refuse to say, actively make fun of A or B not knowing, and act like it's cute to watch their friend pine and be sad.

I hate that one. The only way that's viable to me is if A and B both separately swear the best friend to secrecy about their feeling for the other or the best friend knows a serious secret about A or B that would be a good reason not to start a relationship right now (illness, mental health issues, violent ex, etc.). But the making fun is still not on.
