Spartacus, indeed. Nakedness abounds, male and female. So does rape, male and female, violence, male and female, soft porn, male and female, male with female, female with female, male with male. Everything is equal opportunity all the time. Solid plot though. I watched Spartacus rather intensely, for reasons, still love the show, but I couldn't even begin to watch GoT afterwards. Everybody praised it with "everybody can get killed, it's violent but for a reason blah blah". I was "nope, thanks, had my lifetime fill of that while watching Spartacus, plus the people in Spartacus look much more gorgeous - clothes on and off." And they were off a lot, which was rather nice :D
