My girl Olivia Benson has been an indistinct blob with eyes for a few years on SVU.

Any popular show with an actress over 30 will blur their under eye area to make them look younger. Moira on Schitt's Creek. Grace and Frankie on the show of the same name. None have escaped the smoothening.

A lot of them have had work, I'm sure, but plastic surgery still leaves a skin texture.
