Ugh, I commissioned someone like two years ago and they haven't delivered, and I just can't decide whether or not to pursue it.
One time I commissioned someone to write some fic for me, didn't hear anything for six months, and when I checked their tumblr, they were offering commissions! >:(

If it was less money I'd gave said "well sucks but it's gone now, lesson learned" and moved on but it was too much to just let her get away with it. I'm not a charity for depressed Russian artists.
