As already stated, the musical Elisabeth. However, it's originally a German musical with book/lyrics by Michael Kunze and music by Sylvester Levay. This particular secret is referring to the Japanese version, done by the Takarazuka (all-female) troupes. I may be wrong, but it looks like the Hanagumi (Flower) Takarazuka troupe? Sena Jun as Lucheni, I think?
