Yeah but I live in Canada where milk is bagged, and I highly doubt people are making the decision to cut it out of the bag just to freeze it and have it curdle just to use it five weeks later.
Like I'm good with people buying and extra carton or two, but people are buying so much that DAIRY products are being restricted, with canned goods like beans and other non-perishables are on sale and in full stock because people are complete and utter morons!

Extra is fine, but buying carts full of something that very clearly is not meant to last is ridiculous! These things get restocked regularly because their shelf-life is not that long.
I'm not mad that milk is sold out, just that people are selling out milk because it is not that dire or a necessity, especially since it isn't one that lasts as long as people seem to thing.

...You don't need to cut it out of the bag to freeze it. You just freeze it in the bag, then thaw it later when you need it.
