The funny thing is, I was just reminiscing about Ma-Ti and Captain Planet in general with a friend about two weeks or so ago, and then this showed up and I was like "NO WAY! XD <3" =D

My friend and I are basically two halves of the same whole. We didn't meet until eighth grade, but we may as well have grown up together, considering how much our childhoods have in common. Of course, her taste was more like Wheeler, so she had every right to laugh at me. Especially considering I'm now that such a cynical, hard-hearted conservative. :P

LOLOL I agree, when I was young, I watched this show at 5 or 6, and they seemed so old! (and you're right, come to think, for a 5 year-old child, 12 sound old XDD then now, it sounds so young XDDD)

I LOL'd at this, because I do it too. I love that fandom has such great shortcut words for social situations. (Although of course I never--well, hardly ever--use them around people who aren't into fandom themselves.)
