I'm so sorry. You've just had one thing after another piled on you. I personally think taking today a bit off makes sense. It is okay to take time for yourself and time to work through emotions. With everything you have been through and are going through, I think that in itself is hard work. I'm keeping you in my thoughts. I really hope things start getting better for you soon.
