I’m sorry, that’s awful. Do you have or can you order enough easy/no-prep food and supplies to stay home for two weeks? Is anyone else in your household able to go out? If you’ve got more than one bathroom, see if you can lay claim to one for yourself. Do you even want advice, or should I stop typing?

I don't think I can lay claim to a bathroom. I do have a bandanna mask. Maybe that will work in keeping my germs to myself. I hope.
