Agree, neither is interesting or appealing to me, and any fic that has more than a few lines of texting/text speak drives me batty. I hate it in real life - please stop sticking it in fics!

(Plus, I generally find the made-up names/emails most authors come up with either embarrassing or really really really ooc.)
