Just the one? Sounds like you might have been cursed. Did you piss off any canny old ladies recently? If so, you can either find some way to appease the old lady or find someone to break the curse for you.

If not, try baking soda. If that doesn't work, once the pandemic eases up, make an appointment with a doctor. It's possibly hormonal.
