OH MY GOD THIS.

I'm sorry, not only are introverts not all tiny fragile things that need to be protected from the outside world at all times, extroverts are not screaming banshees who lose their goddamn minds at needing to be by themselves for five minutes. I hate every iteration of every "care for your introvert/extrovert" meme no matter how well-intentioned.

as someone who has been accused of being an extrovert (idk what the criteria are and I don't care) I spend a lot of time alone and this lockdown situation is chafing me only because I don't get my alone time, not because I can't be outside talking to strangers. it's fucking insane what people are willing to think and parrot about someone who has a slightly different personality trait than theirs.
