My only issue is when people are like "they're not gay, stop shipping it" and yeah, I've called them homophobes before (depending on exactly what they said/how they said it). I have no problem with people just not shipping things, though, and I'm not trying to convince anyone that it's secretly canon (I know it's not, but I ship it anyway because I like the chemistry/dynamic and I find it fun, and that's the whole point of fandom).
