Rental Agreements

My brother is thinking of renting out one or two of the rooms in his house. Do any of you have a go-to rental agreement or list for roommates that would make his life easier?

I think i've seen something like that on here before, but I don't have anything in my bookmarks. Thanks!

IDEK where you live but you might want to google for rental agreements in your area. I know housing laws can vary quite a bit on what's legal/what's not/how much notice a tenant needs to give and so on and so forth.

I will do that for him but - i was hoping for more along the lines of 'do's and don'ts' and 'you should have these rules in place for roommates/renters'
A kind of - 'here's my list, i had horrible roommates, this is a must have' kind of thing.
