(Anonymous) 2020-04-02 12:49 am (UTC)(link)I'm not saying you're wrong, just that I'd be curious to know what percentage of women have calves with that much muscular development. Personally, I've been working out calves for a couple of years now at the gym and my calves are still significantly smaller than my knees.

It's a combination of muscle development, conformation, and stance that gets the real-life-human equivalent of that look, so it doesn't necessarily require a lot of muscle either.
