I was hoping someone would ask because I knocked it out of the ballpark today, haha!

I had leftover pork roast and made a casserole completely from scratch. Shredded pork, rice, carrots, and homemade cream of celery white sauce. Baked and then sprinkled some shredded sharp cheddar on top at the end and let it get all melty and bubbly. What a treat.
