Okay, I haven’t thought about Pirates of the Caribbean costumes in years, but I cracked up at “but laundered,” so thank you! Also I am not sure that Sparrow’s outfit isn’t mostly held together with grime; I’d be worried it would disintegrate. Well, not the film costume, but in universe.
