Didn't you enjoy that persona game you played recently? Maybe it helps to remember stuff you did enjoy during the last while.

It feels like our brains let the joyful stuff slip when we're down and we only remember the stuff that disappointed us.

For what it's worth, I'm in a similar boat and this feeling fucking sucks.

That's true. Persona was pretty great.

I dunno, Head stuff. Not good at it. I know the problem is with my perceptions, it's just... I'm never any good at shaking loose of that.
