Really? I don't. Maybe there have been a few fandom-specific secrets with a similar sentiment that are for fandoms I'm not in, so they've flown under my radar, but it's been enough of a while since I've seen this type of secret that I can't think of the last time.

Not OP, but this is something that really bothers me a lot and I will rant about it whenever I'm able. Never made a secret about it, but that might be why you find it familiar. Obviously this was also a comment secret which it also why you might recognize it.

It's a comment secret so that's probably where you've seen it. There hasn't been an actual secret along these lines in the last months. Maybe make some of your own secrets so the comment secret anon won't have to substitute so many each week if it bothers you.

Uh, they probably do make some of their own secrets. A lot of us nonnies do. Not sure why you'd assume otherwise.
