Nope. It is mostly lighthearted joking about these people who are awful to animals, then demonizing of the one person actually trying to help them, and then a half-hearted 8 second screen at the end talking about a law that hasn't been passed that could help animals, but no suggestions for how people could actually help the big cats. Jackson Galaxy put out a good video on the problem with the show.
