Bless you for doing that! My fics don't get a lot of love compared to others in my fandom, maybe because I'm not on tumblr and the like... idk. (and now my stories are all old, so there's THAT) It's hard not to equate kudos with awesomeness, but I do know that plenty of good fics do get overlooked for various reasons.

pretty much the same, but half of my posted fics are WIP, so I totally get the no love. alas....it's alright!

Post a fic here (or in the general conments).

I try not too look at the kudos for my own fic or equate them with value, because I've seen some good quality stuff not highly rated , or major fics that just didn't fit for me.

You're too sweet!

I turned off my hit counters, not just for the comparison thing but also because I don't trust them. I feel like so many of those could be bots, or people who click and then go "ew, no" and hit the back button. The comments-to-hits ratio is also depressing.

Smut tends to be popular, too, even if it's not especially well-written. (my own included!)
