Jim Gordon from Gotham, Iron Fist from the MCU, and season three Hopper from Stranger Things. I hate all three of them, they're the worst sort of authority, so I would love to see them have to deal with each other with Gordon and Hopper being hateful incompetent cop partners having to deal with vigilante Iron Fist making everyone worse with everything he does. It'd make a great comedy.
