It shouldn't even be "all these people are horrible in different ways." Carole Baskin is not remotely the same as the rest of the people. She and her charity genuinely help animals. She's a bit cooky, yes, and in the beginning didn't know what she's doing. But they got it figured out and now know what they are doing and are an amazing charity doing a lot of good work.

She... used to declaw her cats, breed them, and let people pay her to sleep in hotel rooms with them.

I'm not that against her, and her organisation was leagues above some of the other zoo owners shown. But she was also very flawed and the documentary didn't even mention the declawing.

From what I remember, she also took most of her husband's fortune and estates from his children, so she's no saint.

In the past, yes. She didn't know better. Then she learned. Now she and her charity do it right.
