Make sure you eat, even if you aren't hungry, it's probably your body's response to anxiety, but not eating will definitely make it worse.

I'm with you in the social distancing category btw, only it's my parents who are too stupid to refrain from listening to the given instructions. My dad just doesn't listen to the stay 2m away, and my mom gets angry with the cashiers who are trying to stay safe by having the customers scan their own product. Like the store they went to today said one one family member/household at a time but both they go, and there's nothing I can tell them to get them to listen! Luckily our grocery store is very. very, good with the quarantine, one person per isle, and freshly wiped down carts for every customer, but it changes drastically depending on where you go. My mom was insulted she couldn't go in the bank and that the guy working was making her use the machine for basic payments. Given he was obviously frustrated, understaffed, and didn't handle it well, but still! These people are being technically forced to risk their lives everyday by dealing with idiots who don't listen! Give them a break! AND FOLLOW THE RULES!!!!!
