I know where you are coming from. While I'm not technically disabled, I am currently living with a condition that affects my ability to do everything. There were many months and times in my life where I've been stuck in bed and can barely crawl to the bathroom to bathe or do other things. I couldn't even cook. This social distancing stuff isn't really that bad for me either, and I think your friend is being a tad bit insensitive by saying this to you. You kinda have to get used to being isolated when you have a health issue or disability. I give you credit for living with that and for listening to people vent about covid-19 stuff.
