OP

Thank you for making my secret! I'm impressed by how well put together it is.
In case anybody cares, I still think begging for people to step on you is cringey asf, be it male or female, but I'm not annoyed anymore. They're my friends and it's okay if they feel that way about shitty characters. As if I wasn't a complete cringelord myself when it comes to my own interests, which can be less than amazing characters too. I feel bad for judging them like that and for another secret bitching about women in media. Sorry about that.

Don't feel bad. Almost everyone gets annoyed at things their friends are into sometimes if they don't feel the same enthusiasm. As long as you aren't an ass to them about it, bash the characters in your head all you want. It doesn't hurt anyone and it can help relieve the annoyance the next time your friends want to fangirl.

Any time I see people calling people queen's my first impression is a drag queen/flamboyantly gay guy. If it's used for a female character my first thought would be that they were calling them a 'queen bee' type, and not using it as a complement... I'd find it strange in any case if people were gushing like that over such a minor character, and most all of my favourite characters are extremely minor so it's not like I don't get the appeal, just that sort of reaction I guess.

Now the first thing that's gonna come to mind is an image of the actual queen and I seriously kind of love it! Thanks OP!

I also like the picture the secret-maker used because it shows how accidentally appropriate it is to call characters "queen" when they haven't even done anything. The literal Queen didn't do anything in order to be a queen either, except be born into the right family.

But she has since. You may want to dismiss that, but it's true.

I'm sorry you're touchy because you know deep down in your heart that your favorite female character is useless. Don't worry. You can still like her.
