I've never bothered to read any of his actual writing, but I usually enjoy things based on his work. I think the kinds of concepts he fixated on appeal to me, but the complete opposite way from intended. I just genuinely like weird shit and LOVE the feeling of finding out the universe is so much more vast and interesting than I knew before.

(Also an absolute xenophile. One man's horror is another's horny.)

The TVtropes pages related to his works are my favorite things. I've discovered other works through them, and they are also a lot of fun in and of themselves. TBH more fun than his works themselves.
