If it helps at all, as an author whose art skills are limited to stick figures, I cherish every comment I get (and make sure to reply!). And fanart? Makes me absolutely over the moon! It's kind of a dream come true to know my words were able to inspire an image in someone else's mind so strong they had to draw it.

I read some of the other comments, and wanted to let you know, I link fanart in my fanfics. That way, people can enjoy the art if they want, but if they'd rather not see it, they won't.

I've made so many friends in my current fandom from comments on my fanfics. So if you like someone's work, please don't hesitate to comment if you wish. Even if it's just an emoji or pure keyboard smash. :)

Thank you so much! I get flustered so easily that I can basically convince myself out of anything I think;; This does make me a lot happier to see for sure! Honestly, I've been trying a new thing where I'm writing a review in my notepad (i read everything on my iPod) as I'm reading so I don't miss anything and have all my thoughts on 'paper' in order to sort through in order to give a proper response.
On a multichaptered fic I'll write down my comment for each chapter in the notepad in order not to become overstressed with multiple reviews!
And the one I mentioned in previous comments where I'll leave a portion of my love for a fic until I can thing if something greater!

You make a good point with the art too, I've seen a lot of people linking, and I'll try to keep that mindset when I feel inspired to write. <33
