If she's younger, I'd lean towards guessing she chose to use her own name on social media for a reason, so it depends on whether you want to reach out and potentially gain a real life fandom friend in her? And if you want to reveal your own identity, although you can just say you looked into the retweet list. If you see the possibility of friendship, I don't see why not.

(Not that all older people are less tech-savvy, but there's always the possibility that not everyone knows that retweets can be seen, or someone else helped make their account, etc. Don't see a high chance of that happening here, although it's still possible it's a mistake and they meant to do it on a fandom-only Twitter account.)
