i watch k-dramas without interacting with the fandoms so i've never seen comments like that, but it would annoy me because a romance isn't more 'legit' if they have kids. some couples i've thought would make good parents, but i still didn't care to actually see it.

thankfully i seem to have gotten fairly lucky with the shows i've watched as only one has ended with kids, and even then it was a hypothetical child because the show ended with her finding out she was pregnant.

but yeah i'm with you on this in general with shows: really don't care to see kids in the future scenes, the couple being together is more than good enough for me.
