Girls who use Not Like Other Girls because they want to be special are the last people who would claim to be trans men. The point of Not Like Other Girls is that you make a big deal out of being ~special girl~ who is different from ~normal girls~. Being a girl is a very, very important part of Not Like Other Girls, so "becoming" a trans man is not an option.

Now, there are real trans men who start out claiming to be Not Like Other Girls out of frustration and confusion, but they drop that attitude once they realize the reason is that they're, you know, not girls.
