if you type -username into the 'other tags to exclude' box on Ao3 it removes that writer COMPLETELY from that search. however if you're not on desktop you'll have to do it every time. but i use my PC to read fic on so i just have a bookmarked link to that search so i never have to see writers i don't like ever again.
