I love the Autopsy of Jane Doe! It's nearly a perfect movie to me (the good parts more than make up for the meh parts as far as I'm concerned). The first half really blew me away. Without spoilers, I'll just say the father's reaction to figuring out what was going on was so refreshing.

Can anyone rec me some good classic (TOS) K/S fanfics? I've started watching Star Trek during this lockdown and I love fandom history, but I'm pretty new to the fandom so I'm a bit lost.

Not just Kirk/Spock but probably a fair amount of K/S. Crackvan had a rolling number of reccers who would 'drive the van'. The older classics tended to get reccedearlier on, so you might want to try and jump back as far as possible to the earliest recs.
