Re: Question About Trick-or-Treating

My only experience with this was in a very large apartment complex with multiple two-story buildings where all apartments were accessed from the outside (with a sort of balcony walkway for the upper level apartments) and there were no interior hallways like a higher-rise building would have. The kids would go all around the complex and since nearly everyone passed out candy those kids would wind up with SO MUCH CANDY. It would get to the point that the kids would gossip with each other about which apartments were passing out what and then they could go and target the apartments with the candy they wanted, since they couldn't possibly carry it all if the went to every apartment.
