The thing about A/B/O is that there's very little consensus at all, everyone kinda does their own thing. In my own universe, for instance, there's no particular social hierarchy or "underclass", all alphas have dicks regardless of gender, and female alphas (and male omegas) are only slightly more rare than their counterparts, amongst other things. This could be completely different from the next person's.
