Okay, this is a long shot, but...
There was a Star Wars fic I read once, many years ago, and I'm like 95% certain it was on FF.net. It was a collection of standalone chapters all with the same basic joke - what if Luke and Leia were different? Different genders, or one parent was different, or (the one I remember best) different species and had been adopted?
The chapter I remember most clearly had Luke and Leia as a pair of orphaned baby wookies who Anakin and Padme adopted, because oh my god baby wookies are so cute. There was a bit about how much it sucked to be a wookie on Tatooine, and also how difficult it was to bring down wookie!Leia, because angry wookie princess is angry wookie princess.
If anyone can point me in a more exact direction than 'somewhere amidst the fifty thousand Star Wars fics on FF.net', I'd appreciate it.
