Cheating is very much a turn off for me. Not sure if I go this far, but I do avoid media and fics that involve cheating portrayed as a good thing. I love poly stuff where everyone involved is open about it and knows who is doing what with who. But cheating is a hard no and instant backbutton. That was why, when I was into Grey's Anatomy, I could never ship Derek/Meredith. I couldn't get past the fact that their origin was cheating and it was portrayed as okay because it was true love. And I lost interest around the time my OTP, Callie/Arizona, ended via cheating.

Ugh, I once knew a couple in real life who got together while he was still in a relationship, but everyone let it pass because they were so in love and so cute, it was just meant to be. Surprise, surprise, he ended up cheating on her, too.
