Honestly no I wouldn't. He's not doing it for sexual means if we're regarding it in the same context as the secret. He is doing is for a laugh, the same way people make jokes trying to catfish perverts by showing them a picture of the crease in their elbow and calling it their cleavage.
Sure it's not tasteful, but there is nothing sexually harassing about it. At the most he's just taking a picture of unaware people, perhaps trying to catch them in an embarrassing pose, which is like literally the definition of any paparazzi. At least he's (I assume) leaving the ass cracks anonymous. It's really not that big of a deal, all things considered.
